Donohue Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, located at 595 Main St, Worcester, MA 01608, to refurbish the existing flyball governor and return the elevator service. The procedures under FAR 13.5 were used in accordance with 41 U.S.C.1901 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Kone is the current Elevator Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Contractor at the Harold D. Donohue Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, and is the only elevator company contracted to provide O&M. In order for Kone to provide warranty and perform elevator O&M on the services required, they must be the Contractor for all repairs and services.
