The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, Contract Operations Branch is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the Installation of Lift Gates, Installation of Fencing, and Parking Lot Improvements for the US Custom & Border Protection in Hodgdon, ME The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace approximately 1,000 LF of existing fencing on site. The contractor will also be required to repave 5,000SF and restripe 32 spaces in certain areas and install 2 new security gates at the rear parking lot. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $200,000.00 and $400,000.00. The NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 Million. The solicitation will be released on or about October 19, 2020, with a proposal due date on or about November 18, 2020. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for on or about October 28, 2020 at 11:30AM. Technical documents will be available through the secure website via beta.sam.gov. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents.
