The General Services Administration (GSA),Public Buildings Service (PBS) New England Region, Acquisition Branch intends to hire a construction General Contractor (GC) to construct the renovation of the 14th through 16th floors ofthe John F. Kennedy Federal Building on behalf of theirclient,the Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA), Department of Veterans Affairs. Under the contract agreement for construction services, the GC will perform selective demolition and construction of interior renovations of approximately 52,584 USF on three floors (floors 14, 15 and 16) in five designated construction phases. The project is located at the John F. Kennedy (JFK) Federal Building, 15 Sudbury Street, Boston, MA 02203. The project includes space for workspaces, meeting spaces,support spaces, storage, and all other spaces The GC is expected to work closely with the Project Delivery Team to deliver a project that meets the expectations, needs, and specialized requirements of VBA while complying with all statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures governing the GSA capital construction program This procurement is a Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small (SBVOSB).
