We would like any feedback on our approach for developing the PWS, solicitation, including evaluation factors that would make this solicitation more meaningful. The Government intends to solicit and award a contract based on the above scope of work. We would also appreciate feedback on specific aspects of the performance work statement (PWS) that could help us to be more effective efficient, and find cost savings. The requirement is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) attached. We would also like to determine how many firms are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation. Please provide your capabilities statement, including your small business socio-economic group and your level of interest in providing a response to this solicitation. We understand that your competitors may be participating at the Pre-Solicitation Conference and that you may be hesitant to ask a specific question during the Pre-Solicitation Conference.
