The General Services Administration (GSA), as agent for the US Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking proposals for a Market Value Appraisal report, prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as described in the attached Performance Work Statement/ Statement of Work.
