The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS) – Region 1 has a requirement for installation of new governors and ancillary material for elevators at the JFK Federal Building in Boston, MA. The elevators require new governors in order to operate effectively. The safety and counterweight governors will be installed, as well as now governor ropes, and mounting brackets for both governors. Labor of one day will be provided for each elevator.
