Can we have access to an HPP example from another building? (Section B, Page 7) Sorry, no - BPPs are proprietary to GSA. 2. The synopsis mentioned building engineering, but it does not list the requirements for a structural engineer for this project. Will this require structural engineering? (Section B, Page 10) Sorry - I don't remeber including this - but the structural portion of the work is an overview, not a thorough structural analysis 3. The synopsis mentions requiring the services of a landscape architect. Please verify that this is for the paving / exterior / site assessment or if there is to be any landscape materials/plantings that are included in this HPP? (Section E, Page 14) This only refers to the green roof portion 4. The synopsis mentions building conditions assessment of the facades. Are there any similar studies that would indicate the level of assessment and documentation they would be looking for? Is GSA just looking for overall categories of typical or known conditions? (Section B, Page 4) Yes. GSA will provide a copy to the contractor who is selected for the requirement 5. Is cost estimating to be provided for this? (Not mentioned in RFP) No. 6. Does GSA have as-built CAD documentation of the building? If so, what does that include? Plans, elevations, wall sections, etc. (Not mentioned in RFP) Yes. GSA will provide a copy to the contractor who is selected for the requirement 7. May we get access to the existing/previous reports mentioned in the synopsis? (Section B, Page) No. GSA will provide a copy to the contractor who is selected for the requirement. 8. With regard to the past experience request under Section E.2, will thesubmission of Historic Structure Report examples be considered relevant past experience from the past 10 years? This requirement is for a historic preservation plan (HPP) so your examples should reflect an HPP. Actual historical preservation plans with zoning qualify. 9. We would like to formerly request copies of the previously completed Historic Structure Report (and any other relevant report or plan) for review in order to provide an accurate fee for this project. Unfortunately we cannot share this information however upon award of the contract this report may be shared. 10. Will this project be using a qualifications based selection or a fee based selection?
