NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD 47PA0723D0008 FOR SOLICITATION 47PA0723R0002 GSA has made the above award as a result of pricing received on 6/21/2023. Pricing Group 1: 77% CFE- August 2023 contract start - 60 month Term - $0.06145 per kWh - awarded to GEXA Energy, LLC. AMENDMENT 0003 updates GSA's answer to Amendment 001 Question No. 27 (below) as well as amends Section C.2 PRICE PROPOSAL, Notes and Instructions to Offerors Regarding Pricing, Paragraph No. 10. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 0002 incorporates additional Supplier questions and GSA answers to the Supplier questions, adds an Economic Price Adjustment Clause to the solicitation, and updates Exhibit 1. AMENDMENT 0001 incorporates Supplier questions, GSA answers, and revised Solicitation, Exhibit 1, Technical Proposal Checklist, and Price Component Confirmation Table. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a contract for the supply of all electricity supply commodity components and delivery of carbon pollution-free electricity (CFE) energy attribute certificates as defined by the Implementing Instructions for Executive Order 14057 Catalyzing Clean Energy Industries and Jobs Through Federal Sustainability dated August 2022, up to the Delivery Point for Federal facilities located in the TDSP service territories within the state of Texas. The Delivery Point for such electricity shall be the independent system operator (ISO)/utility interconnect for the specific facilities. The Government is soliciting offers for a 36-month delivery period (beginning with the first utility meter read occurring in the month of August 2023 through the meter read occurring in the month of August 2026 . The total annual estimated quantity to be solicited is 107,968,818 kilowatt-hours (kWh). The Contractor shall deliver CFE energy attribute certificates equal to seventy-seven percent (77%) of the total actual usage required. The contract(s) awarded will be firm Fixed-Price. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. Additional requirements may be added by amendment. Please review all documents and attachments to this solicitation. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a responsive and complete proposal. Any contract award(s) will only be made to an offeror, who, at the time of award, is licensed by the state public utility commission, namely the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), to provide electric supply to retail electric customers and are Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and otherwise suitably qualified by the TDSPs in which physical delivery will take place. Technical proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. EDT on May 24th, 2023.
