The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA or Government) is requesting proposals for the supply of all electricity supply commodity components up to the Delivery Point as specified in Attachment 2... The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA or Government) is requesting proposals for the supply of all electricity supply commodity components up to the Delivery Point as specified in Attachment 2 of this solicitation for Federal facilities located in various Local Distribution Utility (LDU) service territories within the state of California. Pricing is to the Delivery Point and shall include all cost components referenced in Attachment 2 of this solicitation. The price shall also include transmission and distribution line losses to the end-use meter. The Contractor shall supply the full requirements of such electricity for a term of thirty-six (36) full monthly billing cycles for accounts included in this contract. The Government has placed its requirements into one (1) pricing group. The service start date for all accounts shall begin with the first utility meter read date as specified by the utilities for the month of December 2022 or as noted in Exhibit 1.
