The General Services Administration’s (GSA) Energy Division is issuing this solicitation for the supply of natural gas to the VA Central Iowa Health Care System accounts located behind the MidAmerican Energy Iowa utility service territory. The accounts and their respective usage are expressed in the attached Exhibit 1 file. The Contractor shall supply the full natural gas requirements of the accounts for a term of twenty four (24) full monthly billing cycles. The service start date for the accounts shall be February 1, 2020 as specified in the Exhibit 1 file. This contract will be administered by the contracting officer and account managers of GSA’s Natural Gas Acquisition Program (NGAP).
