The government requires Design-Build services for the FDA Irvine LAN HVAC project. FDA Irvine has several LAN closets throughout the building which require supplemental cooling to accommodate servers, telecom, and other IT equipment’s heating loads. Each room requires its own dedicated cooling system. Additionally, the government requires repair in accordance with the attached assessment, to several cracks in the interior partitions along the corridors in The Pacific Southwest Food and Feed Laboratory (PSFFL).
