THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is engaging our industry partners in the formative stages of our requirements for contractual support. The Office of GSA Information Technology (GSA IT) - Public Buildings Information Technology Services (PB-ITS) and the PBS Office of Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement (PT) are looking for ways to better meet the challenges inherent to the growing variety of interfaces, increasing IT capabilities, demanding security needs, and rising expectations of customers. We invite the industry to suggest ideas in technology and business practices that will help us move to the next level of service. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on asset management systems and platforms available in the marketplace to develop, track, and store long-term asset strategies used for managing and optimizing the performance of the Public Buildings Service (PBS) real property inventory. The solution shall be able to assemble a detailed snapshot of each asset in the portfolio, including its financial performance, budget data, physical condition, liabilities, short- and long-range plans, and customer and market information.
