Through this contract we are searching for a vendor to provide assessments that support actionable insights to expand the leader’s capacity and are grounded in a theory of change. Assessments can be done in-person or virtually. Please see the attached SOW and RFQ for more detailed information. All questions are to be sumbitted using the Q&A template.
