The General Services Administration (GSA)/ Office of Corporate ... THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The General Services Administration (GSA)/ Office of Corporate IT Services (IC, currently uses a web-application, FOIAonline, that enables user agencies to receive and process FOIA requests, assign tasks, and generate reports. The system also allows members of the public to submit FOIA requests to agencies, track the processing of their requests, communicate with the agency processing the request, receive notifications and records electronically. FOIAonline also allows users to search for previously released records and generate reports. The primary focus of this RFI is to collect market research information about industry's capability to support online Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. In addition to that capability, the government is also interested in whether the solution for FOIA requests can be leveraged or extended to support Privacy Act requests in accordance with the Creating Advanced Streamlined Electronic Services for Constituents (CASES) Act of 2019.
