The purpose of OHRM, Business and Acquisition Management Division (C0B) and the Office of Strategic Communications (OSC) is to procure an advanced writing and media training program that provides writing training and also offers a follow-up virtual editor to critique and suggest improvements, and media pitching training with follow-on coaching to GSA.
