The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Office of Federal High Performance Green Buildings (OFHPGB), has identified a need for UL 24480 Circadian Lighting Pilot Project. As such, this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued on a Sole Source to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS), an other than small business and authorized reseller of UL 24480 Circadian Lighting and services. The Government contemplates award of one (1) single-award, Labor-Hour Purchase Order to the Icahn School of Medicine, an other than small business, as a sole-source contract in accordance with FAR Subsection 6.302-1 assuming the quotation has met, or exceeded, the Government’s requirements in the evaluation process for best value. It is expected that Vendor will submit quotation in accordance with the procedures and requisite requirements identified in this Solicitation in accordance with their commercial pricelist. This RFQ is being issued at SAM.gov with the intent to Sole-Source, to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) and to provide an opportunity to UL24480 Circadian Lighting authorized resellers to compete.
