GSA-IT Corporate IT Services, Applications Operations and Maintenance Branch has a “Brand Name” requirement for the purchase of “PortalGuard 2 Factor authentication” system for listserv.gsa.gov. GSA-IT offers a publicly available Listserv system which requires multi-factor authentication that supports users web interface. GSA intends to issue a single award to Pistolstar, Inc. to provide “PortalGuard 2 Factor authentication” system.
