The Office of Design and Construction (ODC) participates in an annual industry workshop every spring. ODC contracts with NIBS to hold and to facilitate an annual one-day workshop to streamline and improve design and construction. NIBS invites other federal owners and industry partners to participate and discuss ways to improve ODC’s project delivery process. The scope includes planning, holding/hosting, and facilitating a whole day workshop with ODC staff, a variety of architects/engineers, builders, construction managers, other federal government agencies and related industry experts recommended by NIBS and ODC. Work shall be primarily performed in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, and in GSA Central Office. The period of performance is one (1) year base period and one 1-year option period.
