The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of the Information Technology (GSA-IT), has a “Brand Name” requirement for GSA Enhanced Check Out Version 2 (GECO2) application that utilizes a Brand Name software “nChannel” to implement automatic password expiration and enhancements. This requirement is conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(c), Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Completion for Name Brand requirement “nChannel” for GECO2 application enhancements services. GSA intends to make a sole source award to nChannel, Inc., the only known source that can meet the government’s minimum needs. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside to an authorize provider or reseller who is capable of providing “GSA Enhanced Check Out Version 2 (GECO2)” under Classification Code: 70 General Purpose Information Technology Equipment and NAICS Code 541519 -- Other Computer Related Services. Your firm is hereby invited to submit a price proposal in response to services outlined in Section 4.0 “Scope of Work” of this RFP. Proposed pricing of “GSA Enhanced Check Out Version 2 (GECO2)” enhancement services is to be offered against contractor’s current commercial list price. In responding to this RFQ, it is the contractor’s responsibility to provide current, relevant, complete and accurate information in the description/specification their price proposal.
