The General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM) Training Acquisition Branch, has a requirement for the purchase of National Fire Alarm And Signaling Codes (NFPA72) Training in Hato Rey, PR. This order is conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and in accordance with FAR Part 6.302, Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition. This RFP does not intend to use FAR 15 Principles. The North American Industry Classification Code NAICS) is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. Your firm is hereby invited to submit a price proposal in response to services outlined in Sections 5.0 "Scope" and 6.0 "Requirement" of this RFP. Proposed pricing of "National Fire Alarm and Signaling Codes (NFPA72)" training is to be offered against contractor's current commercial pricelist. The period of performance starts April 30, 2019 through May 2, 2019. In responding to this RFP, it is the contractor's responsibility to provide current, relevant, complete and accurate information in the description/specification their price proposal. Contractor shall submit the proposals electronically via email to monica.golibart@gsa.gov and vivian.fields@gsa.gov. The price proposal is due, Monday, April 1, 2019 by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
