The General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM) Training Acquisition Branch has issued a requirement for the purchase of Construction Cost Estimating Training course in GSA Region 2, New York, NY. This order is conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and in accordance with FAR Part 6.302, Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition. Your firm is hereby invited to submit a price proposal in response to services outlined in Sections 5.0 “Scope” and 6.0 “Requirement” of this RFP. Proposed pricing of “Construction Cost Estimating” course is to be offered against contractor’s current commercial pricelist. In responding to this RFP, it is the contractor’s responsibility to provide current, relevant, complete and accurate information in the description/specification their price proposal.
