SOLICITATION - 47PF0019R0080 Operations and Maintenance Services 3 Locations in the State of Michigan The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region, Acquisition Management Division (AMD) is issuing Solicitation 47PF0019R0080 for Operation and Maintenance Services at the following three (3) locations in the State of Michigan. Location 1 Gerald R. Ford Federal Building and Courthouse 110 Michigan Street, NW Grand Rapids, MI, 49503 Location 2 Federal Building and Courthouse 410 West Michigan Ave Kalamazoo, MI, 49007 Location 3 Charles Chamberlain Federal Building, Post Office, and Courthouse 315 W. Allegan Lansing, MI, 48901 This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is $15.0 Million. For general reference, the scope of this project requires the contractor to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property lines of the G.R. Ford Federal Building Courthouse, Kalamazoo Federal Building/Courthouse, and Charles Chamberlain Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse buildings. It is the Government's intent to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government based on the following evaluation factors: Total Evaluated Price (TEP), Management Plan and Approach, and Past Performance. The Solicitation issuance date is May 28, 2019, with a proposal due date of 10:00 AM Central Time on July 15, 2019. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for June 5th and June 6th (2 Day Conference and Site Visit). Interested parties are responsible for printing the Solicitation and all related documents. It is also the interested parties' responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments and any other related information. Funds are not currently available. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
