GSA seeks expressions of interest from owners or authorized representatives for office space in Madison, Wisconsin, within a specified delineated area, totaling 9,500–9,900 ABOA square feet with 20 structured/reserved parking spaces. The space must be on the 2nd floor or above, in a prime commercial/professional office setting, with a fully serviced lease, 24/7 government access, and compliance with fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and Section 889 telecommunications requirements; subleases are not acceptable. It should not be in the 1% annual chance floodplain or near incompatible uses such as residential areas, railroad tracks, power transmission lines, living quarters, alcohol/firearms sales, drug treatment, or detention facilities. The lease would have a full term of 15 years and a firm term of 10 years, with estimated occupancy in February 2026. The Government currently occupies office space in Madison under an expiring lease and will consider alternative space if economically advantageous.
