(ABOA): 18,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 50 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 50 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 50 Full Term: 7 months Firm Term: 7 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Office space must be contiguous and have potential for efficient layout and located in a professional office setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including fifty (50) structured parking spaces for Government vehicles. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Offered location must have local amenities; restaurants; hotels; and shops within a ¼ -mile walkable distance. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2- percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “500-Year” floodplain).
