The U.S. Government intends to award lease using other than full and open competition for 86 structured parking spaces in Nashville, TN based on economic, mission, and other factors. The parking spaces must be in close proximity of the Nashville Federal Building. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
