East: S Minnesota Avenue to E 41st Street. South: E 41st Street to Big Sioux River. West: Big Sioux River to W 12th Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,890 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
