Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT – 3PR0123Rev3 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Puerto Rico City: San Juan Delineated Area: Start at the intersection of PR-2 and PR-22, in San Juan. Continue northwest and west on PR-28 until its intersection with PR-165. Follow PR-165 southwest and southeast until its intersection with PR-2. Continue southwest on PR-2 and the southeast on PR-20 until its intersection with PR-17. Follow PR-17 northeast until its intersection with De Diego Ave., in Puerto Nuevo. Continue north on De Diego Avenue until its intersection with PR-22. Follow PR-22 west until the intersection with PR-2. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,383 Maximum Sq. Ft. This space will be used as a permanent training center that will provide training for the agency personnel. Parking can be met onsite by the lessor or by sub leasing space within 2 blocks or 1/4 mile of the building in a safe well-lit area. Public transportation should be provided within a half mile to 10 minutes walking distance. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space should not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
