Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT – 3PR0123Rev2 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Puerto Rico City: San Juan Delineated Area: Start at the interception of Route 2 and PR-22 in Guaynabo City West: Continue on Route 5 South, then onto PR-20 South, until PR-17 South: On PR-17 (Avenida Central) go East until Avenida de Diego East: On Avenida Jose de Diego go North until PR-22 North: On PR-22 go West until Route 2 Minimum Sq. (ABOA): 7,752 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 128 Parking Spaces (Surface): 128 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The proposed strategy for this new requirement is a new lease. This space will be used as a permanent training center that will provide training for the agency personnel. Parking can be met onsite by the lessor or by sub leasing space within 2 blocks or 1/4 mile of the building in a safe well-lit area. Public transportation should be provided within a half mile to 10 minutes walking distance. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space should not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
