(Executed parking contract must be provided to be coterminous with the full term of the lease; to include option period.) Public transportation to be provided within a half mile to 10 minutes walkable distance. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space should not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
