Presolicitation Notice GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a superseding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring in Tulsa, OK at The University of Tulsa. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 20,412 ANSI/BOMA office area and two (2) adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on the campus of The University of Tulsa, be continuous in one building, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,000 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 4pm CST on 7 days from the date of posting. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
