The Government tenant will have two (2) employees onsite after hours. The parking available must include a minimum of two (2) onsite spaces for use by these employees. The Government tenant employs armed guards who are permitted to carry weapons. Public transportation must be within 1,320 Feet (1/4 mile) from the offered building. The offered space must be contiguous on one (1) floor or a maximum of two (2) floors. If the offered space is on a 2nd floor or higher, a minimum of two (2) elevators are required, one of which can be a freight elevator. At least one (1) elevator must be able to accommodate a piece of equipment that weighs 800lbs and has the following dimensions: width – 4’11”, Length – 6’7”. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
