GSA’s Public Buildings Service is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or authorized representatives for an office lease in Albuquerque, NM, within a delineated area bounded by Constitution Ave, Central Ave, Tramway Blvd, and Wyoming Blvd. The requirement is for 18,984 ABOA square feet of contiguous office space on one floor, with 77 on-site surface parking spaces, in a modern, professional, campus-like office/research/technology/business park; subleases will not be considered. The lease has a 15-year full term and 13-year firm term and must be fully serviced, meet federal fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and Security Level 2 requirements, and not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Offerors must also account for Section 889 telecommunications prohibitions and provide specified property, contact, square footage, and rental-rate information in their expressions of interest.
