U.S. GOVERNMENT Request for Lease Proposal No. 3NM0194 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Mexico City: Mora Delineated Area: The County of Mora, NM Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,500 Space Type: Office and related Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Surface): 20 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The space will include a reception area, open office space, private offices, conference and training room, beak room, storage and file room. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Building name, address, and age of the building; 2. Location of space in the building and date space will be ready for commencement of tenant improvements; 3. Rentable square feet (RSF) offered and rate per RSF; 4. ANSI/BOMA office area/usable square feet (ABOA SF) and rental rate per ABOA SF, full service, inclusive of a Tenant Improvement Allowance of $47.75/ABOA SF, and meeting GSA’s standard building shell requirements; 5. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. 6. Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space; 7. Information on project and building ownership; 8. A description of additional tenant concessions offered, if any; 9. Provide the column spacing within the building and/or the available leased space; and 10. Provide the minimum finished ceiling height within the building and/or available leased space.
