Must be capable of meeting Facility Security Level 3 standards. Separate entrances for staff and visitors are required. Space must be contiguous and capable of accommodating a minimum of 9-foot ceiling. Space below grade will not be considered. Must be within ½ mile of public transportation. Cannot be located near railroad tracks, tattoo parlors, bars, place of worship or daycare facilities. If columns are present within space, minimum 25-feet space (on center) is required and column furring cannot exceed 12-inches on any side. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
