The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Fish and Wildlife Service that is expiring in Baltimore, Maryland at Baltimore/Washington International Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,060 ANSI/BOMA office area and 4 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,060 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,200 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 4:00PM EST on August 28, 2025. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
