GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MA City: SPRINGFIELD Delineated Area: CBD Springfield, MA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 415.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 436 Space Type: Office (415 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 19 months through 1/2/2021 Firm Term: 19 months through 1/2/2021 Soft Term: 0 Option 1 Term: Six year negotiated renewal option Option 2 Term: Six year negotiated renewal option Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (415 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in SPRINGFIELD, MA. The current lease will be expiring 3/31/2019. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
