General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Chelmsford Delineated Area: An areal within the town of Chelmsford, MA starting at the intersection of Riverneck Road and Billerica Road, continuing southeast on Billerica Road, to the intersection of Billerica Road and MA Route 3. Continuing North on Route 3 to where Riverneck Road crosses MA Route 3 continuing West on Riverneck Road to Billerica Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,322 Maximum Sq. Ft.
