Expressions of Interest Sought Requirements: The United States Government is seeking Warehouse space for two (2) buses, three (3) vans, one (1) Lenco Bearcat and twenty-three (23) Sedans near Broadview, IL. The lease term requirement is for 15 years, 10 years firm. The warehouse must be within the following delineated area: Route 83 to the West, Route 72 to the North, Route 43 to the East and Cermak Road to the South. Parking for the vehicles must be available for occupancy by January 15, 2022. Following are the dimensions of the government vehicles: Buses: --One (1) 50 Passenger Bus: 8 ft wide (10 foot mirror to mirror), 12 ft high (with roof A/C unit), 40 ft long. --One (1) 22 Passenger Bus: 8 ft wide (10 foot mirror to mirror), 12 ft high (with roof A/C unit), 32 ft long. --Secured Indoor Parking Vans: --Three (3) Vans: 6 ft wide, 6 ft high, 15 ft long --Secured Indoor Parking Lenco Bearcat: --One (1) Lenco Bearcat: 10 ft wide, 12 ft high, 20 ft long --Secured Indoor Parking Sedans: --Twenty-three (23) Sedans/SUVs --Secured exterior parking --12 foot chain link fencing with privacy screening and barbed wire (Required) --Indoor parking would be acceptable Please send expressions of interest to: Rhonda Rogers Lease Contracting Officer General Services Administration 230 S. Warehouse must provide the following: 1. Forty foot bus requires a 120 VAC electrical outlet nearby to warm engine oil and recharge batteries (preferred but not mandatory). 2. Thirty-two foot bus requires an electrical outlet nearby. 3. One of the vans requires an electrical outlet nearby. 4. Lenco Bearcat requires an electrical outlet nearby. 5. Space must be termperature controlled for buses, vans and Lenco Bearcat (Requireed) 6. Provide one (1) floor drain and one (1) hose bibb potable water source close to the bus parking stalls (Preferred by not mandatory). 7. Overhead rolling doors for bus access (Required) 8. Clearance height of 14 ft tall for bus access (Required). The Government is seeking parking space for federal vehicles and 24/7 access is required for the warehouse. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. The General Services Administration will not be using a tenant broker to represent the Government in parking lease negotiations.
