GSA seeks to lease 54,845–57,587 ABOA sq ft of office and warehouse space in Tampa, FL, including approximately 3,500 ABOA sq ft of conditioned warehouse space for vehicle storage. The requirement includes 250 secured surface and/or structured parking spaces, a 15-year full term with a 10-year firm term, and occupancy estimated for Winter 2028. Offered space must be contiguous, accommodate roof-mounted antennas or satellite dishes, include a freight elevator if above the first floor, and provide warehouse features such as a roll-up door, minimum 18-foot clear ceiling, loading dock, and sallyport access. The space must meet Government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards under a fully serviced lease and cannot be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. Entities should also account for Section 889 NDAA/FAR telecommunications prohibitions.
