GSA is seeking expressions of interest from owners/authorized representatives to lease approximately 18,546 ABOA square feet of office space in Miami, Florida, within a specified delineated area, with contiguous space on a single floor or adjoining/stacked floors. The lease would have a 10-year full term, a 5-year firm term, no parking spaces, and must be fully serviced and meet government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and Section 889 telecommunications requirements. Responses must include building/contact details, ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, full-service rental rates inclusive of a $54.24/ABOA SF tenant improvement allowance and $12.00/ABOA SF BSAC allowance, plus operating costs; representatives must provide written owner consent. The government currently occupies space in Miami under an expiring lease and will consider alternative space if economically advantageous.
