Transport heavy and cumbersome equipment to and from the building. 24/7 operation. Requires secured storage in the warehouse. Not customer facing. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
