General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: City/State: Northern Virginia Delineated Area: North: Beginning at the intersection of I-66 and Route 123, heading east along I-66 to Route 7; southeast along Route 7 (W. Broad Street, which turns into Leesburg Pike, which turns into King Street) to the Potomac River East: Potomac River to the Occoquan River South: Intersection of the Occoquan River and Route 123 (Ox Road) West: Route 123, heading north back to the intersection of Route 123 and I-66 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 74,896 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 76,394 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 spaces (included in rent) Parking Spaces (Unreserved): 293 spaces (not included in rent) Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: - The entirety of the offered space must be contiguous. - Security: The offered building must have the ability to accommodate ISC Level III Security Requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
