Security requirements include distance restrictions from certain facilities, a method for detainee access/transport, secured fenced parking with an automatic gate and two means of ingress/egress, and agency security-team evaluation. Offered space must satisfy fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, NDAA Section 889 telecommunications, and Facility Security Level II requirements under a fully serviced lease.
