GSA Region 2 requires food services at the Theodore Roosevelt Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, 3rd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11202-1818. Licensee shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise described within the SOW), and shall establish and operate the food service facility, for the purpose of dispensing food, non-alcoholic beverages and other such items as may be authorized by the Regional Concessions Manager (RCM) in accordance with all items and conditions specified herein. Service shall be prompt, efficient and courteous and shall avoid undue interference with the operation of the building in which services are provided. Pre-Proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference and a one-time walk through will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at the Theordore Roosevelt Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, 3rd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11202.
