U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Renewal Space in Egg Harbor, NJ General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Egg Harbor City: New Jersey Delineated Area: NORTH: Garden State Parkway and Route 30 (White Horse Pike) to Route SOUTH: Mill Rd and Route 9 to Garden State Parkway WEST: Mill Rd and Garden State Parkway to Route 30 (White Horse Pike) EAST: Route 9 and Route 30 (White Horse Pike) to Mill Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,122 (roughly 2.5%) Space Type: Office and Related Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 0 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Occupancy Required by 10/13/2023 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-Year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Egg Harbor, New Jersey that will be expiring. The Government has determined that it is advantageous to exercise a 5-year renewal option for the current lease. The Government is considering alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
