Pre-solicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in CITY. STATE at NAME OF AIRPORT. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 515 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the one percent (1%) annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). A fully serviced lease is required. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
