Woodland Farms Ln at access road to Amtrak Material Control Station; to the South, southeast by Perryville Community Park; to the South, southwest by Chesapeake Bay; and to the West and Northwest by the Susquehanna River. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Leased Space for the US Federal Government Perryville, Maryland The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 5 years for approximately 22,500 ABOA square feet of office and related space and an additional 50,000 square feet of adjacent paved exterior space that is secured for outside storage (wareyard). The Government presently occupies 22,500 ABOA square feet of office and related space and an additional 50,000 square feet of adjacent paved exterior space that is secured for outside storage (wareyard) at 950 Principio Furnace Road, Perryville Maryland which expires December 7, 2024 under GSA lease number GS-03P-LMD12164. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease.
