The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Governments requirements as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency down time The Space should consist of a minimum of 32,828 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet of office and related space. Space must be contiguous on one floor. Location In the Buillding: Offered space must be on the second floor or above. A minimum of two elevators must serve the space Place of Contract Performance: Central Business District of Boston MA
