The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) that is expiring in Hyannis, MA, at Cape Cod Gateway Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,112 ANSI/BOMA of office area and 2 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,112 Maximum Sq. St. (ABOA): 1,168 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by September 17, 2022.
