The United States Government (Government) is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space within the delineated area of Palos Hills IL. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long-term requirement. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 8,531 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet (formerly “Usable”). The space must yield a minimum of 8,531 ABOA square feet of contiguous space and should not exceed 8,957 ABOA square feet. The space should also be able to accommodate a minimum of 0 structured, and 60 surface parking spaces reserved solely for the Government’s use. The lease term is for 5 years and 24 months firm.
